If you're tired of the same old greasy fish and chips from the local chipper, why not try this healthy Homemade Fish and Chips Recipe? Instead of frying, both the fish and chips in this recipe are baked for a much healthier alternative that tastes just as good as the original (honestly, it does)!

What's more, it's a really quick recipe if you follow these directions...

  1. Finely slice the Potatoes then toss in a roasting tin with a little Oil. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes on 200c.
  2. Meanwhile, put the Egg, Breadcrumbs and Flour into 3 separate bowls.

  3. Coat each piece of fish with the Flour, then the Egg, then the Breadcrumbs and sprinkle over some Pepper. Then bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 200c.

  4. Serve with half a lemon and peas, then, you've got yourself an easy recipe for Homemade Fish and Chips.

Alternatively, for full Chip Shop authenticity, serve wrapped in newspaper!
