Cooking Ingredients

Tomato Puree (x2 tbsp)

Cheddar Cheese

Pineapple Rings

Jalapenos

x1 Red Pepper

Ham (x1 slice)

250g Steak

Tomato (x1)

Mozzarella Cheese

Spinach

Pizza Base Mix, or.

Pre-prepared Base

Making pizza is so much more satisfying than buying one. So check out this recipe for the best homemade pizza around!

If making the base yourself, prepare the pizza base mix as per instructions. Be sure to roll it out quiet thinly as the base does expand in the oven. Otherwise, use a pre-prepared base (not as nice!). Put the base on a lightly greased (with oil and flour) baking tray.
 
Apply a layer of Tomato Puree to the base and top with a thin layer of grated Cheese. Now add Chopped Pineapple, Pepper, Ham and Jalapenos. Also add the Steak, make sure this is cut thinly to ensure it cooks through.  For a vegetarian option, don't add steak!
 
Now add the sliced Tomatoes, Mozzarella cheese and top with another layer of grated Cheese. Finally, sprinkle with Spinach on the top of the pizza.
 
Cook the pizza in a preheated oven on 180c for 15 minutes or until golden. Keep checking to ensure it doesn't burn.
 
TIP! - For extra flavour, sprinkle Mixed Herbs on top.
