Golden Syrup (x1 tbsp)

Peanut Butter (x1 tbsp)

Crushed Nuts (60g)

Sugar (130g)

Bicarbonate of Soda (x1 tsp)

Plain Flour (170g)

Oats (170g)

Serves 10 | Prep time: 5m Cooking time: 20m | 400 calories & 15.4g fat p/serving

This Flapjack Recipe definitely hits the spot and is really simple to prepare and cook - it's just a case of combining all of the ingredients, then cooking it. Follow these directions for the perfect flapjack:

  1. Melt the Butter, Peanut Butter and Golden Syrup (either in a pan or microwave).
  2. Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

  3. Cook in the oven on 160c for 20 minutes (or until golden).
